We’ll confirm your request once it's processed.
⏳ Important: Orders are only eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placement.
After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be changed.
📦 Defective or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us directly.
We'll make it right by offering you a replacement or full refund — no return required.
You must provide:

We aim to resolve these cases quickly and fairly.
🚚 Delivery Issues & Ineligible Refund Cases
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect address provided by the customer

Customer unavailable at delivery time

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, but lost due to unsafe delivery location or theft

Customer refuses delivery

Dissatisfaction with sizing or colors for apparel items — please review the size chart before ordering
🔁 Exchanges & Refunds
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for non-defective items.
However, if the product is defective:

We will offer you a free replacement

If a refund is needed, we will process it within 48 hours

Refund time to your account depends on your payment method and bank, but usually no longer than 14 working days
If more than 14 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please:

📅 Return & Refund Period
Our return/refund policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date.
After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
