📅 Warranty Period

We provide a 2-month warranty for all personalized/customized products starting from the date of delivery.

🔧 Defect Resolution

If a customized item is found to have a defect, the solution will be jointly determined by Klinbuyhub and the customer, based on the nature of the issue and available options.

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Intentional or Malicious Damage:
  Products intentionally damaged or misused are not eligible for after-sales support.

• Vandalism:
  In cases of serious physical damage caused by vandalism, warranty coverage may apply under a 1-month limited period, subject to Klinbuyhub’s discretion.

📸 Diagnostic Requirements

To assess the issue and provide the appropriate support, customers are required to submit:

• Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective product

• A brief description of the issue

🔁 Return Procedure

If a return is necessary for inspection, replacement, or repair:

• Customers will be informed with instructions on how to return the item

• For cases involving vandalism, return may be required, and coverage eligibility will be reviewed by our team
